Use the website only in accordance with these terms and applicable law. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the website.

The site is intended for Med Spa Management Teams, healthcare attorneys and qualified providers seeking information about a practice relationship. It is not a patient portal, emergency service or online clinical consultation. Directory links, where provided, lead to services operated by the relevant clinic or another provider. Their terms govern those separate services.
3. Do not submit patient information
Do not submit medical records, diagnoses, patient identifiers or other patient-sensitive information through this website’s inquiry form. Use an authorized clinical channel instead. If information is submitted in error, contact the Practice or We Treat without repeating the sensitive details. Handling remains subject to applicable obligations; these terms do not shift duties that cannot lawfully be waived.
4. General information and separate engagements
Website content is general information, not medical, legal or other individualized professional advice. Browsing or submitting an inquiry does not establish a clinician-patient relationship, employment, an administrative-services agreement or clinical coverage.
The $10 good-faith exam offering applies within established participating-practice relationships, connected to clinical oversight and proprietary EMR documentation. There is no standalone exam checkout for outside organizations. Actual services, responsibilities and pricing are addressed in the applicable engagement documents.
5. Administrative inquiry handling
We Treat supports professional inquiry handling for the Practice. The inquiry form sends your details to HubSpot so the Practice and We Treat can respond to your request. Its required acknowledgment does not enroll you in marketing or SMS subscriptions.
We Treat’s separate Terms of Use apply to the services they describe. This website does not enroll you in telehealth, authorize payment or accept those separate agreements for you.
6. Responsible use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with security, submit unlawful material or use information without the necessary rights. Content and links may change. Nothing on this website replaces the applicable signed engagement or limits rights and obligations under applicable law.
